- Work directly with contracted clients to detail their events. - Manage the Event Coordinators, the event staff during their scheduled shifts, and the support staff on site helping with the smooth execution of each event.- Create floor plans, detailed event manifests, submit monetary and non monetary orders for invoicing, facilitate client meetings, and communicate all detailed event information to production and operations team.- Work the entire run of each event assigned, from the moment the first person arrives until the last person leaves each day of the event.- Assign and distribute all contracted events to the event coordinators and continuously update and coordinate the event master calendar.- Work closely with partnered companies who take care of in house catering and audio visual.- Support the sales department in creating sample floor plans, staffing estimates, and attending potential client walk throughs to assist in contracting new business.

- Main contact for all events contracted at the baseball stadium.- Create floor plans, detailed event manifests, submit orders for invoicing, facilitate client meetings, and communicate all details of the event to production and operations team.- Lead staff meetings biweekly to keep up to date on the field needs, building operation projects, and upcoming event information.- Communicate event notes to all event and support staff for each event on site.

- Work directly with new and repeat clients on their upcoming events.- Communicate required labor and other event related facility fees to clients.- Coordinate a wide range of events; trade shows, corporate meetings, fundraising galas, etc.
