• Answer incoming calls to provide technical support and resolve customer issues related to Blue Stream products such as cable boxes/modems and phone systems.• Diagnose network and service issues and draw conclusions based on data.• Accurately assess and prioritize resource allocation to resolve network impairments and failures• Scheduling service calls for field service reps and document/update any information on all accounts once call has ended.

• Troubleshoot all types of the Security System devices and training customers to use the devices properly. Running system diagnostics/rebooting routers remotely and help with pairing devices to the system such as Wi-Fi routers/Wi-Fi extenders/nanos/hubs/cloud links and gateways that link to the security panels, so our customers can access their security system remotely through the features of ADT’s smartphone applications.• Assist in updating username/emails and password resets.• Billing/apply credits/reverse and negotiate rate reductions/renew contracts/collect debts and resolve outstanding balances/update payment methods.• Handling incoming alarm calls/placing outgoing calls to verify alarm activity/dispatching the proper authorities and notifying responsible parties.• Scheduling service calls for field service reps and document/update any information on all accounts once call has ended.

• Sorting Packages/loading vehicles.• Delivering packages using navigation tools/retrieving packages and collecting signatures.• Operate the route efficiently to ensure that the scheduled pickups/deliveries for the day are completed while managing time well.• Keeping vehicles clean/good condition.
