Represent the constituents of District 6 (Upper Puna, Volcano, Ka`u, and South Kona) on the Hawai`i County Council. Chair of the Environmental Management Committee, Vice-Chair of the Government Relations Committee, and Alternate Hawai`i County representative to the Hawai`i State Association of Counties (HSAC).

Duties consisted of general office organization and management (including invoice processing, account reconciliation, and payroll submittal), customer service and outreach, and permit and contract compliance.

Assist mentally or physically disabled persons in specified tasks set out in an individualized program, such as community integration, socialization, and independent living skills.

Started as Assistant Redemption Operator, promoted to Senior Redemption Operator within 3 months.This is a direct supervisory position, with the primary responsibility of overseeing HI5 Certified Beverage Redemption Centers island-wide & ensuring compliance with law, grant, and contractual guidelines. Duties: employee scheduling; public outreach/relations; coordination of recycle bin collection & drop-off; site inspections; general HR issues regarding employees, including safe work practice enforcement; internal investigations; various day-to-day tasks.
