Currently managing the distribution of The Hartford's Employee Benefit products in Massachusetts, New Hampshire & Maine. I am responsible for Life, Disability, Group Retiree Health, Business Travel Accident and Leave Management Services, generally through brokers, consultants and agency partners for employer groups between 50 and 5,000 employees.

Participated in the Hartford's Group Benefits Sales and Development program. This program provided an intense training course curriculum with a combination of on the job training within the group benefits and the insurance industry.

During my summer at Avis Budget Group, I learned the Local Market Sales Training Curriculum Program and shadowed local market and mid-Market sellers. I used tools such has Hoover, LinkedIn, and Salesforce to create an excel spread sheet of potential company partners for the account managers. I would assist in daily rate shops and mid market newsletters. I also had the opportunity to attend and assist in the 2016 Avis Pride Tour. Throughout the summer I completed the internship project by hosting events raising over $800 for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer.

At Eagle Bank I assisted in various marking methods printing and designing ads promoted on social media, promoted the bank by attending events including a local golf tournament increasing market exposure by 20%. Assisted in all departments by making copies, answering phone calls, and helping in projects that became available and scanned all documents of individual accounts into computer system so that it could be provided for reference and customers online
