I Develop and Establish relationships with active Sunnova Dealers and serves as main point of contact for project life cycles.I am responsible for monitoring 300+ projects progress to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues proactively.Daily oversee and confirm the progress of projects, remotely troubleshoot projects with designated manufacturers, and collaborate closely with dealers to resolve system issues.Conduct daily meetings with dealers and organize onboarding sessions to clarify the company's objectives, facilitating smoother project completion.
