Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with staff to provide support, feedback, and guidance, enhancing individual performance and career progression. Participate in project management across all team projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, client expectations, and quality standards. Facilitate weekly team calls to encourage team cohesion, share updates, and conduct training sessions that enhance skills. Support team members in designing and demonstrating technical solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth adoption of systems. Actively engage in weekly leadership calls to contribute to strategic planning and organizational decision-making. Proactively address project risks and collaborate with department leadership to minimize issues and streamline processes. Retain responsibilities from the Consultant role.
