o Collaborates with Teaching & Learning and Schools teams to craft the network ACT strategy o Designs and implements 3-year, multi-tier strategic plans to guide Uplift’s approach to college access that includes people development, purposeful systems, collaborative partnerships, International Baccalaureate (IB), and social emotional learning/diversity, equity, and inclusion. o Coaches and supports 17 college counselors and 10 Deans of College Prep to reach strategic priorities.o Provides differentiated training and support for College Counselors and Road to College & Career (RTCC) teachers across the network based on data, observations, and strategic initiatives. o Maintains existing college partners and procured an additional 20 through the hiring and supervision of two Managers of College Access. o Facilitates professional development sessions for instructional and non-instructional network leaders at Uplift’s Winter & Summer Leadership Academies (Topics: Meeting facilitation, CCMR, RTCC initiatives).o Collaborates with the Uplift Data Team to create internal college match and financial aid dashboards that amplify accountability and resulted in an 22% increase in admission to competitive institutions.o Expands financial aid strategy to include ongoing training for campus teams, data systems, and family outreach. Increased network FAFSA/TASFA completion rate by 5% during the 2019-2020 academic year.o Expands the college partnership strategy to foster partnerships with additional institutions that meet the needs of Uplift alumni matriculating to local and national institutions.o Collaborates with senior leadership to develop and facilitate monthly professional development for Deans of College Prep targeted at developing key leadership competencies.o Oversees the planning and execution of network wide signature RTCC events and programming

o Observed, coached, and supported team of eight counselors, general education teachers, and support staff. o Composed and delivered professional development for counselors and teachers around a variety of topics including college lists, letters of recommendation, and scholar engagemento Increased overall FAFSA and TASFA completion rates. 85 seniors earned $12M in scholarship dollars. o Coordinated cross sectional campus team to implement a tiered academic intervention model for scholars in grades 9-12.o Reestablished campus T-STEM designation and expanded CTE course offering through dual credit program.

o Advised senior classes through college application, financial aid, and matriculation process.o Designed curriculum for use in 12th Grade College Transitions classes on campuses across the network as a member of the Uplift Aspiring Leadership Program (UALP).
