I am deeply committed to fostering inclusivity, equity, and cultural safety in every aspect of my work and personal life. I am passionate about supporting individuals from all walks of life, with a particular focus on neurodivergent individuals and the LGBTQIA+ community. I strive to create a safe and affirming space where people can explore their unique experiences, develop insight, and achieve meaningful personal growth. In addition to my therapeutic work, I am an advocate for ongoing learning and collaboration to challenge systemic barriers, promote diversity, and ensure equitable access to mental health services. I draw from various psychological and developmental frameworks, including attachment theory and systems theory, and utilise various modalities including acceptance commitment therapy and compassion focused therapy.I am passionate about exploring the psychology of creative processes associated with the performing arts, and supporting performer's mental health and wellbeing. My research interests aim to better understand the unique psychological challenges faced by performers and to contribute to strategies that support their mental health and well-being.
