Also as an Experienced Care Worker demonstrating a history of ability to work in the hospital & healthcare industry. I have successfully worked with Health advocacy and have created advocacy programs to bring mental health awareness to high schoolers when volunteering with the 9News Health Fair. Striving for excellence I provide exceptional customer service by working with patients, in nursing homes, and in their own home when I worked with Optimal Home Care in the field. Learning how to adapt to different and environments and learning how to communicate face to face and over the phone with different types of people. Gaining skills in multitasking efficiently; along with learning to work leading and being a part of a team when I worked admin with Optimal Homecare. Overseeing the care kit project being tasked to develop a tracking system. Working at the University of Colorado at Denver, as a laboratory technician trained me to have critical thinking skills, along with being able to work independently to develop and organize an experiment. Also learning to recruit patients to studies and how to navigate health information systems such as EPIC. With a Bachelor of Public Health, learning is always important to me as well and I look forward to being able to learn how to help the community.
