Understanding consumer’s needs is what can help brands develop a narrative to grab their attention and turn them into loyal customers. Especially in the digital age, where consumer’s attention span is very limited. As a digital sales and marketing professional, it is my duty to work with consumers to understand their needs and build relationships. As well as help brands develop their identity and create a story to reach and engage with their audience. Using an anthropological approach (thanks to that BA in Anthropology), I am able to understand both brands and consumers. I am an avid learner who loves digital media, brand development, and audience engagement. I desire to become the Renaissance Woman of Digital. Each experience has taught me something new and allowed me to improve my skills set. Not bad for a Southern underdog who happened to be NYC transplant.
