With over 8 years of diverse and progressive experience in human resources, I am most recently a Sr. People Business Partner at Flexport, a global logistics platform that aims to make trade easy and accessible. In this role, I supported various sales teams (SMB, GKA, Flexport.Org), partnering with leaders and managers to create and execute people strategies that align with the company's vision and values. I leverage my skills in social networking, HR, and team building to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth. Prior to joining Flexport, I was a Human Resources Manager at Honors Holdings, LLC dba Orangetheory Fitness, where I led the HR function for over 130 studios across 13 states, supporting the wellness and performance of over 1,000 employees.
