Computational Research Technologist in the Regot Lab in JHU Medicine's Dept. of Microbiology, using ML and data science techniques to analyze complex cell-level and multicellular biological datasets.Projects included improved cell segmentation neural nets, Graph Neural Networks (both node and edge-predicting) and Bayesian analysis to predict network topography and discover crosstalk pathways with multimodal datasets, LSTM networks for cell fate prediction from time series data, other proteomic -> phenotypic mapping strategies, GANs to generate artificial data for training with sparsely annotated biological datasets, and building tools for wet lab biologists to easily interact with and visualize these approaches.
