Given the maturity level and size of the company, I've been involved in various areas: Operations, Finance, and M&A. Specifically, I've worked with digital products in the conception, definition, and implementation of the tech solutions portfolio used in the group's schools. Moreover, I played a key role in assembling the pipeline and integrating all digital processes into the company's Shared Services Center (SSC).

I was called to create a spin-off company of digital products and solutions for schools from scratch. At Grupo Salta (formerly Eleva Educação), after starting as a trainee, I experienced rapid career growth and was promoted to Product Manager during the company's digital transformation, adopting an organizational structure more aligned with Scrum. I managed the company's largest digital product (Portal Eleva), overseeing all its business units. Additionally, I served as a mentor to new PMs and as a leader in the Product Tribe.

In France, I worked on mapping and optimizing operational processes for field medical organizations involved in disaster response and prevention. The research was conducted in collaboration with a French fire department and the NGO Doctors Without Borders. The resulting academic article from the research is included in the current EU manual for disaster management.

I worked on contract analysis, availability planning for company vessels, market intelligence, and relationship management with ANTAQ (regulatory agency).

I was a founding member and president of this student organization, which aims to positively impact society through social, environmental, and economic initiatives. Currently, 10 years after its foundation, Enactus UFRJ has been recognized as a university extension program. Moreover, it operates 5 active projects that have impacted more than 300 students and 4,000 people.
