Given the maturity level and size of the company, I've been involved in various areas: Operations, Finance, and M&A. Specifically, I've worked with digital products in the conception, definition, and implementation of the tech solutions portfolio used in the group's schools. At Grupo Salta (formerly Eleva Educação), after starting as a trainee, I experienced rapid career growth and was promoted to Product Manager during the company's digital transformation, adopting an organizational structure more aligned with Scrum. I managed the company's largest digital product (Portal Eleva), overseeing all its business units. Additionally, I served as a mentor to new PMs and as a leader in the Product Tribe.

In France, I worked on mapping and optimizing operational processes for field medical organizations involved in disaster response and prevention. The research was conducted in collaboration with a French fire department and the NGO Doctors Without Borders. The resulting academic article from the research is included in the current EU manual for disaster management.
