Supervise the testing strategy for Corporate Fraud Application, Card Management System and Card Processing Infrastructure. Work with the product group and Business Analysis to map Business requirements to functional and technical requirements to develop test plans, test cases, test scripts.

Managed project planning and implementation activities for Industry Compliance projects. Industry compliance projects ensure that MBNA credit card processing systems are compliant with VISA, MasterCard, and American Express card processing systems. Participated in MBNA’s Software Development Methodology (SDM) and Mercury Test Director/Quality Center education and later utilized these processes and tools during Industry Compliance and Visa ReBranding Projects.

Supported corporate-wide projects in the selection, delivery and management of new technology. Oversaw the actions of a 12-person team encompassing web design, technical support, and software development. Supervised traditional department management functions including fiscal responsibility, resource management, project management, and administrative detail.
