My current position is as the IBM Client Innovation Centre: Thames Valley Leader. Responsible for creating, growing and day to day operations of the first new satellite centre for CIC UK. Reporting into the CIC UK CEO.Below is a list of roles I have performed for various clients in descending order:*Programme Release Lead for a large building society (Nov 2013 –Sep 2015). As Release Lead for a programme of work, I was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the three releases of a first of a kind technology (Cisco Remote Expert) implementation and the resulting business changes to branches, contact centres and the wider business. The first release has been successful with great business benefit and high media attention.For this role I am responsible for managing five major suppliers for the client.* Portfolio Lead of $xx Million – Government Department (Nov 2012 – Oct 2013)--- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of 45 Client Systems by leading a Project Management team to deliver technical projects.--- Managed a $xx Million bid.--- Responsible for account risk and issue management* Release Lead/Business Operation Manager – Government Department (Apr 2012 – Oct 2012)--- Responsible for the management of the second phase of the largest technical government reform project. Questionably the largest programme of work in the world at this time. This included managing four major suppliers at senior levels.* Programme Manager – Government Agency (Oct 2011 – Apr 2012)--- Responsible for one of three major programmes at a Government Agency. The programme had multi $x Million projects.* Technical Project Delivery Manager - Government Agency (May 2010 - Oct 2011)--- Responsible for the delivery of two $x Million projects. 1) A new payment interface. 2) A infrastructure refresh to a flag ship application that provide more revenue than Amazon UK. 3) Government's first “TVR” secure environment.See Projects section below for previous roles.
