Director Of Creative Operations
CurrentI partner with the SVP of Creative Strategy to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative work for Closed Loop's digital advertising clients. By creating organized project management workflows I help us develop multiple creative projects simultaneously. I assist with creative briefs, and presentations, while guiding our team from design and development through to completion. I manage our remote team of project managers, motion graphic designers and video editors.I work closely with our Client Services team to engage with the client to determine the creative needs of their advertising media plans. I define scope, timelines, goals, deliverables, and project pricing for all creative projects. I communicate and manage the external resources needed to complete each project while working as the point person for creative client communications with our internal advertising teams. My focus is on improving creative processes and methodologies through efficient structuring and organization of the digital asset management system. My passion is designing and producing effective memorable digital advertising that exceeds the client’s expectations and needs.
