Hello and welcome to my profile!Growing up in a small town on the far North Coast of NSW, I never strayed too far from my creative roots. Having completed my Diploma of Graphic Design at Torrens University's Billy Blue College of Design, I realised as much as I loved design, there was just something missing. After what felt like a lifetime of trial and error, tipping my toes into every sector and skill known to man, I eventually found myself in Connective's offices sharing conversation with some incredible minds and knew finance was the field I was hungry to dive into. Starting out as a Broker Onboarding Specialist, I seized every opportunity to get involved and soak up as much knowledge as I could and with an army of support, have grown into my role as the Team Leader for Broker Onboarding at Connective where I'm lucky enough to support and nurture 4 incredibly hard-working team members every day. We work hard but also play hard, fostering a strong focus on mutual respect, support and growth, both professionally and personally. I admire innovative and forward-thinking individuals of which I hope to network with and continue to learn from using this platform.
