Worked daily within R2i’s marketing automation platform (Marketo), customer relationship management platform (Salesforce), content management system (Sitecore and DotNetNuke) and paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Terminus). Helped implement account based marketing strategy and technology by optimizing campaign setup and goals along with updating our marketing automation and Salesforce platforms to reflect the strategy and ensure we met marketing and sales goals.

As the only internal marketer in the West region, I worked closely with our Seattle President, Director of Marketing, sales team and partners to strengthen the agency's presence nationally and funnel in leads via multiple marketing channels.

Worked closely with account executives helping them collect contact information of regional sales managers, pulling air-checks for their clients, conducted research on target consumers (trained with Arbitron programs such as TapScan, Scarborough, and TapWeb), generated ideas of companies to contact for certain co-op projects (Back to School project, Helping the Elderly project and Home Improvement project), went on sales calls to observe the process, and checked contracts to be sure they match the agency’s order.
