First licensed in 1999, my background is in civil litigation at the trial and appellate level. I am licensed in nine states (six by exam) and many federal jurisdictions, have represented clients in approximately 25 jurisdictions, and have extensive experience in a broad array of subject matters, including commercial, construction, environmental, real estate, intellectual property, medical malpractice, and products liability litigation. Based on this broad background, in my current practice I primarily advise and represent other attorneys and law firms regarding pending, complex litigation matters, ethical and licensing issues, and in the defense of legal malpractice lawsuits. I also advise corporate clients regarding conflict avoidance and resolution, primarily in the construction and real estate development markets.
