As a manufacturing associate I cross trained in four different areas of manufacturing within the Hershey Company. My first rotation included working with corporate continuous improvement across multiple Hershey brands. In my second rotation I was an operations planner for the Twizzler manufacturing plant. In my third rotation I was a Hershey plant industrial engineer with a focus on six sigma, and in my final rotation I was a night shift plant supervisor.

I collaborated with R&D to design the manufacturing process for new product innovation, which included pilot plant testing and scale up.

I supported bottling and canning production. My projects focused on improving CIP downtime and reducing consumer complaints for damaged product.
