Over all these years, I've had several professional experiences: I've worked for Bradesco Saúde, where I helped several people and clinics with appointment scheduling, coverage, refund, service vouchers, and other things; I also worked for Netflix customer service (yes, exactly, the same company that you're thinking), where I helped people to activate / cancel the plan, I helped with the platform content, with the financial part of the bills, and even when there was a problem to watch, on any device . Currently I work in a law firm, where I work with clients, make some petition protocols, take procedural steps, not to mention that I also help a little in the personal lives of lawyers, whether to schedule an appointment or exam with the doctor, or even even answer that family call at an inappropriate time. And, at the moment, I'm in career transition, moving towards the Information Technology area (specifically in the Web Development area, where I fell in love and I want to continue). About my academic life, I studied Law for a year and a half, but I dropped out due to financial problems and also due to some personal problems at the time. Since that time, I've decided that I'm going to go to college that I really won't regret, and about something I love. It took three long years of searching, until I finally found my way in the technology area, and I am currently doing Systems Analysis and Development at Senac (EAD). About me, I consider myself an extroverted and optimistic person. I believe that one of my duties while I live is to help other people, no matter what needs to be done. I'm a person who likes to learn new things, and if I don't know the information, I run after getting it. And I believe that good teamwork is worth more than any professional experience acquired in a lifetime. About my current technologies: - C, C++, C#, Java and Python (Basic - application of programming logic in these languages) - HTML, CSS and JavaScript (Currently studying)
