Mr. Berman represents public and private companies, partnerships, individuals and municipalities in a wide variety of business disputes including both individual claims and class actions. He regularly appears in State and Federal Courts throughout California, and has also represented clients at hundreds of alternative dispute resolution proceedings, such as mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Berman is admitted to practice law in all California state and federal districts courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Berman is "AV" rated through Martindale-Hubbell,* the highest rating available for both legal ability and professional ethics. He was also voted a "Southern California Super Lawyer"* for seven consecutive years (2006-2012). Mr. Berman is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), where he earned a bachelors degree in psychology.
