Energy Analysis And Diagnostic Center - Oklahoma State University
Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Ok
The Energy Analysis and Diagnostic Centers were a work study program funded by the Department of Energy at 20 engineering schools across the country. The program performed energy audits of industrial/manufacturing facilities and proposed energy conservation measures. The purpose was to train future energy conservation engineers for the country. The program typically hired only graduate engineering students, I was one of the few undergraduate students allowed in the program. All work was done under the training and supervision of Dr Wayne Turner, one of the co-founders of the Association of Energy Engineers, and well known international lecturer on energy conservation.
