Rewrote the original framework to make it more generalized, converting from Fortran to C, and wrote an emulator to more closely match the operation of the hardware. Wrote a subroutine to use the Vax-VMS System virtual memory handling routines to load the images from disk to memory faster (~30x faster). Redesigned the image files to make them more generalized. Added kernal level routines to the raster image display device drive to allow some of the operations to be performed in the display device image processor instead in the much slower general CPU of the VAX.
