The art of personal story, artifacts, business enterprise, all fascinate me. Essentially, I am a story+teller. All of civilization and its history has been passed down through the effective means of "telling" within cultures. All the elite brands and business models we are aware of are essentially compelling story + telling. In all my work, whether handling multi-million dollar works of art or coins or a rare manuscript, I aim to tell an objects' story, supporting its value, and also aim to build the story of the collector-investor making an acquisition. My client's, beyond digits on a page, are story builders and lovers of the narratives of objects.In my speaking roles I aim to bring listeners to a "moment" in their story, and in our collective story, so that we might continue living a larger narrative together, leaving a storied legacy behind.Likewise, whether in my branding consulting, leadership consulting, or executive production roles, the aim is to "tell" and build story well. Story is where life comes alive for each of us. It is true of our homes, the objects we live with and collect, the visual or written or spoken tales of our living...story is value.I've had the privilege to live my story within the context of many different contexts, personally and professionally, and am better for it. From roles in sports, non-profits, churches, large corporations, private business, public entities, sales, management, leadership, design, finance, entertainment, the arts, and more, the collective value of this cross-pollination has aided to a deeper sense of understanding leadership and the art of persuasive living. The art of the deal, and the art of life = STORY. We lead with story. We love with story. We rise or fall on story. We grow within the context and relationships of story. I aim to elevate and assist a deeper understanding of this foundational reality, and help people, groups, and institutions STORY UP TOGETHER.
