Later, employed by Fortune 500 companies and school districts, including the 8th largest school district in the United States, Orange County Public Schools in Orlando. I have worked as an integrator of security technology equipment and now, I act as the subject matter expert in K-12/Higher Ed for Genetec, Inc. the world's leading manufacturer of security software that acts as the backbone to IP security cameras, access control, license plate readers and open to all other IP security solutions devices/software. This five-fold combination has honed my skills and, coupled with my many years of school security experience have prepared me to be able to assist educators as they protect our kids!I am actively involved in three non-profit security groups: ASIS International, ZeroNow and Partner Alliance for Safer Schools.
