Responsible for creating new business opportunities, client satisfaction and analysis of business requirements and systems for medium-sized clients, leading a team of analysts. Accountable for the current process of CMMI certification level 3 and MPSBR level C for the company, acting as manager of improvements, measurement and processes.

Worked on the improvement of IT processes in oil and gas sector of TOTVS, second most popular ERP platform in Brazil, responsible for managing different projects, including the Statistical Control of Software Process. As a consultant in project management, provided training in processes and tools within the company. Was also responsible for process results, measurements and dissemination in Business Intelligence area using IBM Rational Insight tool.

Worked on the improvement of IT processes in the oil and gas sector, responsible for the creation and management of a project management office (PMO). Responsible for planning the implementation of area metrics operation, focused on result indicators measured by points by function, internal and external metrics based on Gartner and ISBSG.

Simultaneously managed a pool of two projects, implementing the maturity model CMMI Level 03 for NTT Data, achieving the company's goal. In March 2012 the company was certified with the CEI. Being part of the project office at VALE's large project program, prepared measurement reports, monitored issues and schedules of other PMOs.

Was responsible for restructuring the work process of the team in charge of IT’s demands. Working directly to help team leaders using existing processes across the enterprise, I consolidated the weekly status reports of all project leaders. Also implemented a process to measure team productivity and idleness. The result was better use of resources, anticipation of corrective actions and problem solving. As a result, the delivery management was improved.

Accountable for project management of the software factory for Eletrobras. I have worked in all phases of project management and business management of projects, including cost management, leadership and coordination of the software factory team. As the senior member of the Business Analyst’s team, was responsible for the vision of the project’s profitability, always seeking to deliver the best solution with the lowest cost. I also worked on customers visit and on the elaboration of commercial proposals, being responsible for defining the processes for the software factory.

Responsible for the implementation of SAP ERP in several of our clients, following up all the project stages, until the post go live with a team following the DevOps standard. Was accountable for the management and adaptation of the company's business processes to the ERP. Participated also in the improvement of customers internal processes, such as accounting, financial administration, controlling and HR.
