Bruno is a highly experienced IT and Customer Service Management (ITSM/CSM) and ServiceNow Platform consultant with over two decades of expertise in guiding customers through their design and implementation journey, as well as offering advice on platform governance.Currently, Bruno is employed at ServiceNow as a Principal Platform Architect within the Customer Success Impact organization. He is actively engaged as a platform architect for one of Europe's largest software vendors, working on a customer-focused CSM/ITSM/ITOM program aimed at harmonizing processes implemented across various ticketing tools.
