Worked towards designing a comprehensive investigation solution for the MRM unit of one the largest American Financial Services Company.Improved the validation framework of their Anti-Money Laundering platform by understanding and deconstructing their existing monitoring system. A simulation lab was developed to optimize their alert detection process. Using this framework, we not only validated their existing monitoring system, but also suggested various improvements in it.Further built a comprehensive One Stop Tool , encapsulating all relevant information used to file a Suspicious Activity Report for the ease of the investigators.Was recognized & awarded for the contribution to the project by Mu Sigma.

Interned at Center for Health Decision Sciences, Harvard School of Public Health where I learnt about medical decision making and completed a course 'RDS 288- Methods for Decision Making in Medicine' Worked on Decision Models, Markov cohort Models, Micro simulation state-transition models, value of information analysis, utility assessments, probabilistic sensitivity analysis, behavioral decision making and several other aspects of Decision Analysis in healthcare.In parallel, built a platform for the use of R Programming to build decision models in Healthcare. I received the unique opportunity of working as a Teaching Assistant in a course on ‘Decision Making in Medicine’ at CHDS, HSPH. This course was attended by highly accomplished MD, PhD and MBA graduates at Harvard and afforded me a chance to work with a group of highly motivated students in a global environment. I participated in finding solutions to several decision problems such as medical, health policy decisions, risks and cost assessments etc. During my tenure I worked extensively with TreeAge, a software to build decision trees, mathematical models and perform data analysis.
