Assist Facilities Manager with day to day building operations and maintenance of four office locations. Coordinated all furniture purchasing adhering to specifications pertaining to pricing and installation. Acted as liaison between multiple contractors/vendors and client for various projects. Oversaw conference room preparation; ensuring rooms were set up in proper configuration and equipped with necessary AV equipment.
