There maybe pain and struggling that comes my way, but I'm willing to push through and to come out strongI'm currently unemployed and I'm a full time student at Purdue University Northwest. My goal is to do the best in school and to get achieve my degree for Human Resource Management. I describe myself as a fast learner and very skilled at recruiting, training, and employee relations. I understand the importance and value when it comes to time management and clear communication, and I am great at working with teams to get projects done right and on time. With the right goal and plan of action, my team and I are working together to help one another and to do the best we can to accomplish the work on time with no error.My adaptability allows me to work in many different environments, in addition to speaking with people from various backgrounds. Change is a big thing for me but with time, I know that I will adapt to the environments and being able to work and communicate with people very efficient.
