• Serves as the Project Officer for the experiment. Responsible for the planning, preparation, and execution of the experiment. • Manage scheduling and deadlines of projects to ensure progress is on target and that deadlines are still feasible.• Integrates scenario and analysis plan development, validating communications and network requirements and synchronizing administrative support. • Develops and leads initial planning conferences, liaisons with supporting Centers of Excellence and orchestrates the reception and integration of event role players into the experiment. • Captures observations, contributes to post event analysis efforts and assists in the drafting of event executive summaries and final reports. • Commander of the only Airborne Advanced Individual Training (AIT) Company in the Army, consisting of more than 100 permanent party cadre, both military and civilians, with and average student load exceeding 200 AIT Soldiers. • Delivered high-impact presentations on numerous occasions to upper level management resulting in being known as an influential briefer.• Works directly with the one training department task organized under the Quartermaster Commandant: Aerial Delivery and Field Services Department (ADFSD).• Responsible for the health, welfare, training, administration, discipline, Soldierization and professional development of 1,200 AIT soldiers annually in two different Military Occupational Specialties: 92S and 92R. • Responsible for the average training and certification of 60 Aerial Delivery Materials Officers Course and 1,100 Sling Load Inspector Certification Course. • Performed as the Company Task Force Commander for four brigade level Quartermaster Situational Training Exercises.

• Served as the Intelligence and Operations Officer for the 262nd Quartermaster Battalion consisting of five AIT companies and four departments with an average daily strength of over 1,500 Soldiers. • Responsible for the collective training, tasking, professional development and quality of life of over 300 permanent party Soldiers. • Provided oversight of all the battalion operations and training. • Recommendations to the battalion command team on the execution of Soldier development. • Served as the operations Officer in Charge to plan and prepare the Quartermaster Situation Training Exercises (QM-STX). • Plans, prepares, executes, and serves as the Officer in Charge for the annual Holiday Block Leave departure and return operations of over 2,400 Soldiers.• Planned and coordinated several battalion and brigade events to include; Leader Professional Development, Drill and Ceremony Competitions, Honor Company Competition, Readiness Forums and 32 Quartermaster Field Training Exercises. • Directly responsible for the training and welfare of six Noncommissioned Officers.

• Ammunition Officer for the 325th Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team who manages munitions for the brigade by monitoring weapon densities, training requirements, and provides oversight of brigade ammunition replenishment operations. • Provided technical assistance and advice on munitions management to all brigade units and ammunition personnel. • Served as the supply and service officer performing Execution Management in Global Combat Support System-Army performing the daily release strategy. • Tracks, validates, monitor and report both reparable and recoverable repair parts.• Provided and processed request for fuel and subsistence support for the brigade, brigade Maintenance Management Information System coordinator, and ensures all support operations are conducted in accordance with environmental policies. • Selected to act as the Deputy Special Projects Officer, Brigade Ammo Officer, and Systems Supply Officer for two critical brigade level exercises. • Served as the battalion rear detachment Commander during Joint Readiness Training Center Rotation 15-07, which led directly to the brigade’s success during the rotation.

• Executive Officer of an Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) Forward Support Troop, consisting of a Maintenance Platoon, Distribution Platoon, and Headquarters Platoon. • Responsible for the welfare, professional development, and readiness of 92 Soldiers and their families. • Supervises the professional development of 2 officers and 5 senior non-commissioned officers. • Leads from the front and sets the example for his subordinates to follow. Responsible for managing the daily operations and command supply discipline programs of the Troop and ensuring the unit effectively supports the Squadron mission. • Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of 36 vehicles, and over 10 million dollars’ worth of additional equipment. • Facilitate and monitor the distribution of supply, maintenance operations, and field feeding.
