• Process improvement analysis to locate and analyze risk including process mapping• Formulate responses to Audits and Reviews• Review New processes before submission• Find solution/create processes • Follow through with any audit or review action planning • Lead projects • Root cause analysis • Build databases to use as workflow, tracking and analysis tools• Analyze process changes to capture all affected parties and systems.• Work with multiple functioning areas to find solutions to improve/create process• Provide data standards and requirement for queries and requested MIS reports • SME for Technology Projects• Help external TPSP with questions in regards to data mapping

• Decision accounts to file suit• Work on integration of third party systems• Reconcile with the 3rd party vendors to verify work is being done• Training Team members on new systems• Creating SOP’s for systems• Call on Accounts

• Process new bankruptcies• Open and sort Mail• Contact Attorneys to Verify Bankruptcy Info• File Claims with courts• Negotiate settlements with attorneys• Look for Bankruptcy abuse
