Military Consulting Solutions was founded in February 2012 as a Military Training Consulting group. The initial mission and prototypical ideal was to discover solution base alternatives for military training sets and models. We embarked on finding new solutions and marketing alternatives for military industrial support groups.

Supervised workforce comprised of 1,110 military personnel, civilians and department of Army contractors, along with oversight of over $68M of equipment and contracts; managed all operational activities associated with maintenance, transportation /distribution networking, inventory control and warehousing processes while optimizing costs.

Supervised over 134 senior military personnel and department of the army contractors. Provided critical logistical oversight, manpower placement requirements, annual and semiannual personnel evaluations reports that supported operational plan to reduce the level of US service members and equipment in Iraq. Awarded for outstanding leadership and management of the return of $2B worth of lethal and none lethal equipment from Iraq to home station and locations globally.

Supervised over 80 personnel and a support operations center that utilized, tracked and maintained a fleet of 500 freightliners, 60 bulk fuel distributions systems, 100 palletized load systems and 1,000 boxed and flatbed trailers with a $25M operational budget.

Senior human resource manager and organizational leadership developer for 172 personnel. Performed management, system improvement and organizational development, employee on boarding, needs assessment and training, with special emphasis on EEO and workplace conduct. Negotiated work place disagreements, evaluations disputes along with promotion authorizations.
