Exported worldwide, but the USA has been our most successful market place with over 6500 units sold by our agent Soundskin. Exfoliation equipment has to be the latest technolagy to deliver the results demanded by todays decerning customers. The client wants to see and feel they have recieved a first class treatment that delivers the results they are looking for, and has to be at the most competative price possible to meet targets and margins. BHC has a large data base of satisfied customers who rely on a 24 hour backup service when required, our family run business provides that service.

When I started my own company I had already gained enough knowledge to know that customer relations encompass all aspects of your business. Integrity is only part of the picture you portray, if one part of the chain of commands is broken everyone comes under pressure. That's why the whole workforce needs to be well trained in all aspects of your products and services, the company is only as good as the people running it, so constantly review any change of direction. If things go wrong or don't work out, the buck always stops at the top. My father was a hard taskmaster when it came to work ethics, he always said it was important to treat others as you want to be treated. Honesty is not always forthcoming when you deal with business people all over the world, but if you give the best service you can offer and stand by your word, you will gain recompense when you are not expecting it.

When I left Printaboard and started my own company the goal was to produce PCBs on a quick turnaround at a realistic price. As a family run business we concentrated on giving a first class service from the drawing board to a fully assembled unit. For many years we manufactured a wide range of PCB cards for AP Electronics, Hocking NDT, Perkins Engines and Crossfield, all blue chip companies in their own field of expertese. I had a close relationship with Liam Dullaghan the owner of Masteretch, he made all of the etching and plating line equipment required for manufacturing PCBs. Over a period of several years in the 1980s Liam used our site to develop new equipment for the chemical engraving market, his expertese and knowledge produced some of the best chemical engraving equipment on the market. Masteretch is the only company manufacturing bespoke equipmentis to etch any sized sheets of material, as well as specialist etching systems for bespoke printing now in use worldwide. Around that time I started a company essembling products for Traveller International and several large companies. The company prospered and we continued making PCBs until the 90s, that was when I was approached to make a Microdermabrasion machine. We started developing the first unit in 1998, but it wasn't until 2000 we produced the unit that was so sucsessful in America we stopped making PCBs and concentrated solely on making Smart Peel Microdermabrasion systems to export worldwide.

A small company manufacturing PCBs for medium to blue chip companies. I was given the task of developing the customer base, and expanding the production output to increase the turnover every month. Tony Bushnell was a fair owner who liked to see results for his endevours, we had a good working relationship that achieved the growth he was looking for by leading from the front.The company made great strides during my time there, and when I decided to start my own company making and assembling PCBs Tony was the first person to offer a helping hand with some spare equipment.
