About Bryan Hall

With over 30 years of engineering experience, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver innovative and customer-focused solutions. My core competencies include new product development, research and development, team management, and engineering design. As the Chief Engineer at Enerpac, I oversee a global team of engineers based in several locations, and I am responsible for developing their skills and capabilities to meet business objectives. In my current role, I manage the entire NPD process from concept to production, ensuring that the products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and safety. I also led the installation of the R&D laboratory, personnel, and systems, and I have been involved in acquisition and mergers. Additionally, I have multiple patents for my innovative designs of mechanical systems, such as bolting systems and mechanical pipeline connectors. Some of my major customers include Statoil, BP, Total, Chevron, and Subsea 7. I have also contributed to the development of industry standards, such as the DNV RP 113 Subsea Pipeline Repair, and I have received a Certificate of Excellence Award for a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Sheffield University.
