This program established the groundwork that will increase U.S. Special Operators’ skill sets in austere environments and expand U.S. partnership with a key, foreign ally.• In collaboration with the U.S. Embassy and the foreign Ministry of Defense, I directed 3 projects valued at $1M+ and involving up to 150 U.S. and foreign special operations personnel. These projects increased U.S. and foreign military interoperability and skill proficiency to meet strategic objectives.

Serving as the team’s Intelligence Sergeant, I was the second highest-enlisted ranked team member and lead advisor to the Operations Sergeant. This position was extremely dynamic, from presenting and selling ideas to C-level equivalents, both U.S. and foreign, to leading teams in combat. The Intelligence Sergeant role increased my ability to critically think, analyze, lead, and present to high-level audiences. • I designed a comprehensive base safety program by establishing new protocols and reporting system for 200 U.S. and foreign personnel at a remote international base. This program proved critical to our safety and our ability to conduct day-to-day activities. • I developed and managed over 30 full-spectrum operational projects that involved 50+ personnel and $4M of equipment to meet U.S. strategic objectives.
