The senior enlisted advisor to the commander on day-to-day operational matters pertaining to the group's 1,800 Airmen, civilians and contractors. I facilitated teams in providing base support, logistics, security, human resources, contracting support, and services for MQ-9 Reaper, F-16 aircraft flight training, and 22 associate units, to include the German Air Force Flying Training Center. Additionally, I served as the principle advisor on readiness, training, good order, discipline and utilization of assigned personnel across the group’s six organizations, serving over 18,000 customers, overseeing operations for 66,000 acres of land, 1,394 facilities, and $5.3 billion in infrastructure, real property, and equipment.

The senior enlisted advisor to the commander in leading seven organizations of more than 680 personnel to support over 40 aircraft and 1,700 combined Joint and Coalition personnel. Managed daily operations and was responsible for the diverse teams of professionals providing base operating support to include: human resources, transportation, supply chain operations, emergency management, security, construction, facilities management, contracting, communications, fire protection, and community services. Monitored and reviewed manpower allocations to ensure the qualifications of inbound personnel to fill vacant positions. Supported and accountable for Air Expeditionary Wing personnel at five sites in four Middle East countries.

Barksdale Air Force Base, La

Served as an advisor to the Financial Management Director on matters pertaining to financial resources and services required to provide ready combat forces to conduct nuclear deterrence and global strike operations in support of the President of the United States and combatant commanders. Also served as the principle advisor on readiness, training, good order, discipline and utilization of assigned enlisted members in the command’s eight Comptroller organizations, serving over 31,000 professionals at nine major Air Force installations, with oversight of a $5.9 billion annual operating budget. Responsible for headquarters directed manpower standard review to ensure the proper distribution of workload and personnel across the command's financial management community.

The principle enlisted advisor to the Director of Staff, Comptroller Squadron Commander and 17 WSA Chiefs. At all three locations I led over 120, 142, and 281 military/civilian members, respectively, assigned to the squadron and 17 diverse WSAs. Responsible for taking action to improve and correct shortfalls in mission effectiveness, professional development, military readiness, and utilization of assigned personnel from across 36 Air Force Career Fields. In addition, I served as the Comptroller Chief Enlisted Manager, ensuring proper utilization and training of financial management military, civilians and contractor personnel. Oversaw military and civilian pay programs along with business travel reimbursement claims. Reviewed annual personnel job performance reports and charged with running the unit’s recognition programs.

Air Force Financial Services Center - Ellsworth Air Force Base, Sd

Provided expertise in validating Travel Division processed payment transactions and informed senior leadership on trends and statistical data. Led my team in the review of disbursement and collection transactions for quality indicators to ensure accurate payments to 45,000 customers. Supervised, mentored and directed 106 military, civilian and contractor personnel. Responsible for initiating and maintaining process standardization for 326 personnel across two branches, and 16 sections. Led a seven member team in all aspects of job training for the 294 enlisted, government civilian and contractor staff. Oversight in maintaining and updating the 100+ web based training courses, desktop guides, and built four instructor led training courses.
