Though abundantly qualified for my role, I was an unusual applicant with a unique background and I know he took a chance on hiring me, however he saw through my oddities to identify the positive skills that I could bring to my role and he helped hone those skills so that I could be most effective in the position he hired me for. To future employers for Bryan, I can say without a doubt you will be hard pressed to find someone with more integrity that can provide the leadership skills Bryan brings to his work. While I was saddened to lose a trusted supervisor and friend, I am excited that he has moved to a more appropriate role with leadership that better understands the value of his leadership style.
