I began my career in the Napa Valley, California, where I successfully managed numerous multi-disciplinary improvement projects, including winery, mixed-use, commercial, residential, capital improvement, and design-build rail projects. Since moving to Florida in 2018, I have led and expanded the operations in the Tampa office, working on a range of projects with a specialization in the development of residential master planned communities. I consider myself personable and can easily develop relationships with clients, consultants, and internal team members. I have a passion for developing my team, provides internal training to build a strong foundation from top to bottom for a complete and efficient project workflow.
