Current•Commissioned a novel high-throughput testing platform ahead of schedule that resulted in a 400% increase in test capacity by performing Gage R&R analysis and hands-on troubleshooting activities•Evaluated the integration of MEA subcomponents into a real-sized stack architecture by identifying and mitigating scale-up issues•Worked in cross-functional teams to successfully demonstrate 3 MEA/unit cell concepts within 1.5 years that were awarded funding for further development during company-wide hackathon-like competition •Innovated the data management system by developing script-driven automation to streamline data analysis, interpretation and presentation with at least a 2-fold increase in team productivity•Provided guidance and facilitated knowledge transfer to new and junior team members on the technical and safety aspects of fuel cell testing
