• Assembly of Final Products: Assemble and finish enclosures, ensuring all components (e.g., panels,doors, hardware, and internal components) are correctly installed and fully functional.• Quality Control: Conduct final inspections of completed enclosures to verify they meet engineeringspecifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.• Component Verification: Inspect and verify the accuracy and condition of parts and sub-assembliesprior to final assembly, ensuring any defective or incorrect components are flagged and resolved.• Hand and Power Tool Use: Operate hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment safely andefficiently to complete final assembly processes.• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate assembly logs and production records, documentingany changes or issues encountered during the final assembly process.• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure timelycompletion of assemblies, meeting production deadlines and customer expectations.• Custom Modifications: Perform custom modifications or adjustments to enclosures as per clientspecifications or design updates, ensuring the final product aligns with client needs.• Final Packaging: Ensure proper packaging and labeling of finished enclosures for shipment, adheringto shipping and handling requirements to prevent damage during transport.
