Supports customers based around the region. Involved in customer's requirement studies and responsible for software development, also providing software support and training to customers of the warehousing and distribution system.

System Administration on Unix server for bank's pre-production environment. Also actively participates in Online Production Support for production applications which includes all MBF branches in Malaysia.

Customization of system to fulfill user's needs and requirements.Conduct's end user training and system support for the newly developed system.
