• Manage, develop, direct and monitor all activities of the Credit Union within assigned area. • Act as the primary manager, coach, and advisor to the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager and reporting staff members.• Drive branch performance, sales growth and member satisfaction through leadership, performance management, and key internal and external partnerships.• Utilize service skills to deliver an exceptional member and staff experience and ensure consistent member service is maintained across all branches.• Ensure outstanding member service through proper supervision, recruiting, coaching, and operational efficiencies.• Execute plans to increase efficiency and present recommendations for improvement within branch operational functions as well as implementing approved changes.
