Maintenance Manufacturing Specialist
Current• Conduct regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including machinery, conveyors, and tools to ensure consistent and reliable operation. • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, employing analytical skills to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions. • Replace or repair defective parts such as bearings, belts, and gears, ensuring that equipment operates at optimal performance and minimizing downtime. • Maintain, repair, and calibrate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment used in the manufacturing process, ensuring their reliability and effectiveness. • Calibrate and adjust tools and equipment to ensure precision and accuracy, meeting stringent quality standards and specifications. • Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance to prevent tool malfunctions, extend tool life, and ensure smooth manufacturing operations. • Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment and tools, including integrating them into existing systems to enhance productivity. • Implement upgrades and modifications to existing equipment to improve performance, efficiency, and adapt to evolving manufacturing needs. • Ensure adherence to manufacturing standards, safety guidelines, and environmental regulations, fostering a safe and compliant working environment. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspection logs, repair reports, and equipment histories, to support effective management and tracking of equipment performance machinery, conveyors, and tools. • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, and implement effective solutions.
