I have 22 years in the wireless communications industry. I started at the bottom as a tower hand and over the years have expanded my skills to tower building and stacking, full site builds and upgrades, including alarms, grounding, fiber, and DC Power including but not limited to PDF changeouts, mainly for Verizon but I've done some for AT&T as well. I helped pioneer the "Hot Cut" in the mountain market. This means I can keep the whole cell site live and running while I change out the PDF. I have also done +24 VDC to -48 VDC conversions during a PDF swap. This includes converting the batteries. I am very experienced in changing out cell site batteries as well. I have experience with AC power circuits 120 VAC and 240 VAC. I am good at troubleshooting alarms, power issues, etc. I can also operate heavy equipment. I am a mechanic by hobby. I was promoted to a construction manager in 2019 at the current company I work for. I am very driven, self motivated, always eager to learn new things as well as new ways to do the things I already know to increase efficiency and productivity. I work very well with others. I communicate well with customers.
