Guitar Instructor
CurrentI started playing guitar at age eleven once I heard Eddie Van Halen “Erupting” from my single speaker boombox one summer afternoon. My enthusiasm for the instrument grew quickly thereafter, sparked by an ever increasing love of classic rock, progressive rock and definitely heavy metal. My new discovery over time opened myself up to other musical influences and styles of guitar playing such as country, blues and reggae.I attended Full Sail University in Orlando, FL, graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Audio Engineering. I continued playing with different bands in and around the Boston area while recording on my own throughout the mid-nineties to the early 2k’s.Since then I’ve taught in-school and after school guitar enrichment courses as well as one on one in-person and online classes.
