• Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, responsible for overseeing three employees in the office and four project managers in the field. • Accountable for processing payroll and maintaining all payroll for entire company, both union and non-union. Certify payrolls for government projects/jobs.• Intermediary between company and Department of Labor on all human resource issues related to employees and projects.• Oversee all office administration ensuring filing is correct, meeting all standard operating procedures. • Responsible for updating human resource manuals, so that the company is in compliance with rules and regulations for state, local and federal entities. • Oversee all document workflow and document control, as well as the technological integration for the Department and Company on an as-need-basis.• Technology skills sought after by upper management, both for hardware and software. • Maintain human resource calendar for holidays, quarterly employee audits, forecasting jobs and number of employees needed for those that are imminent. • Partner with Project Managers to insure documents are properly prepared and meet time requirements for completion of projects. This included submittals and product samples. In charge of scope of work reviews for subcontractors. • Handled all shop drawings, as builts and other AutoCAD work.

• Reporting to the President, responsible for all onsite construction activity. Assessed, organized and executed projects from pre-construction to completion and final punch-list. Maintained construction project schedule, coordinated all specialty trade sub-contractors for work in the field. • Responsible for supervising three to four projects simultaneously, handling sites in New York and Connecticut.• Handled on-site construction jobs up to $ 8 M.• Selected by management to supervise a $6 M high-stake, major construction project, which was for the New York State Office of Parks and Recreation. Responsible for 30 employees throughout project; gutted 31 thousand square foot, 1800’s school house and reconstructed the infrastructure, renovated and built offices. First-ever LEED certified platinum building in New York State.
