Network and System Operations (NASO) shift “Blue Team” handles escalated tickets from theEnterprise Service Desk (ESD) for a variety of areas which include Security Permissions, Email,Website, Software performance, Connectivity and software distribution as well as customerprint/scan anomalies. Duties involve both Systems and Network administration and include:Network Administration: Troubleshoot network issues related to network access, port security,NAC/Network Access Control, Network Connectivity and Network Administration on CiscoRouters and Cisco Switches.Systems Administration: Troubleshoot issues regarding resource access to email, data, printing,scanning, message traffic and more. Analyze access problems by reviewing and auditing logsand security group permissions. Utilizing administration applications and interfaces totroubleshoot issues with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft SharePoint.
