Current• Supported back office and operations activities for Woman Owned Small Business Defense contractor.• Performed Finance and Accounting tasks including developing project forecast financial models using Excel to determine Gross Margin across 17 Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Materials(T&M) Defense contracts totaling $10M in revenue.• Developed basic financial budgets for small projects (4-18FTE). Calculated total costs (Planned and Actual Direct Labor, Indirect Labor by Fringe, Overhead, G&A) and compared against FFP and T&M revenue projections in order to assess profitability and make labor mix recommendations.• Administered iSOLVED Applicant Tracking System to support recruiting efforts. Developed and uploaded Job Postings for Sold and Funded positions.• Developed Office365 Team Sites and SharePoint sites for Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force programs.
